DAY 1 - 2
Traveling
northwest, one of our first stops will be at the Jamestown Frontier
Village-Jamestown, North Dakota. Check out the old way of life
and look for "White Cloud's" not-so-little baby. Our first evening will be spent in
the Dickinson, ND area and the second at the Best Western Great Northern Inn in Havre, MT .
DAY 3
We
will cross into Canada this morning. Our early afternoon arrival
at Brewster's Mountain Lodge, our hotel for the next 3 nights in Banff,
will allow you plenty of
time to explore this quaint mountain resort town. Since the hotel
is located in the heart of Banff there are plenty of restaurants, gift
shops and sightseeing available. Take a horse drawn ride around
the city for something different to do or walk to the beautiful flower
gardens.
DAY 4 - 5
These
two days will be filled with awesome scenery beyond belief! The
glaciers will surround us as we travel to the
Columbia Ice Fields for a ride on a SnoCoach onto the Athabasca
Glacier. Fill your thermos with cold, clear glacial water. Enjoy
a fabulous luncheon buffet at the Fairmount Banff Springs Hotel in
addition to a tour of this historic hotel. Our
step-on guide for these two days will continue to amaze us with sights
and
information. Have an ice cream cone by the shores of pristine
Lake Louise and watch the rushing waters of the Bow River as it
tumbles over the Bow Falls! Find wildlife around every turn in
the road and look down at the quiet town of Banff from high on atop
Sulphur Mountain. Evenings will be free to enjoy the town.
DAY 6 -7
As
we
leave the Canadian Rockies we
will continue to enjoy majestic scenery as we journey to Whitefish, MT
for our evening at the Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge. Look forward
to more glaciers in the our first US national park. Our
scenic interpretive private "Red Bus" tour will take us from Lake
McDonald Valley on the Going-to-the-
Sun Road through Gracier National Park where our motor
coach can not go! Wildlife and striking scenery abounds on this
"inside the park" tour. After lunch, on your own, enjoy a 1 hour
cruise on Lake McDonald as we glide through gorgeous mountain scenery
and unusual geological phenomena. Our lodging tonight will be at
the Best Western White Oak Grand Hotel & Conference Center in
Kalispell, MT.
DAY 8 - 9
We will spend the next two nights at the Best Western Mammoth
Hot Springs in Gardiner, MT. The middle day, enjoy a guided tour
of yet another national park, Yellowstone, for a certain change of
scenery. See (and smell) the bubbling Sulphur Pots, check out the
Paint Pots and look in awe as "Old Faithful" puts on it's miraculous
show.
DAY 10
The
Big Horn Mountains are as inspiring as any we have seen and it will be
our pleasure to show them to you on our way from Gardiner to Sheridan, WY for our next evening.

DAY 11
Expect
a late morning arrival in the historic town of Deadwood, SD for our
next evening. Numerous side trips are offered from the town or just
shop and enjoy the excellent restaurants and gaming this town has to
offer.
DAY 12
Our last stop before we cross the Missouri River will be at Wall Drug. Our final evening
will be in at the Ramada in Mitchel, SD. Our traditional indoor
golf tournament will cap off the adventure as we again play for the
champion team of the trip!
DAY 13
Continuing
toward home our route will take us across the remainder of South Dakota
and into Minnesota for an early afternoon return.
